With reference to your letter No.55487/1920 of the

20th November I have the honour to inform you that instruc-

tions were forwarded to "r.P.Brazil, Inspector of Police,

Hong Kong, to present himself for medical exa:ination on

12.20. the 25th November last, and to transmit a copy of a better

received from him. I have accordingly to request the

Secretary of State's further instructions in the matter.
